Pannaykkadu Devi Temple

The temple is located in Paravoor, Kollam, and is dedicated to Bhagavathy. It is a family temple that is over 150 years old and is situated near the Puttingal Devi Temple. Initially, it was a serpent grove (Sarppakavu), but later an idol of the goddess was consecrated, and Goddess Bhadrakali resides in the Murti.

Naga Puja or Ayilya Pooja is conducted during the Ayilyam days, dedicated to the serpent god and goddesses - Nagaraja and Nagayakshi. It is performed on the Ayilyam day in the Hindu months with much pomp and splendor. The main offering is the Noorum Palum. Large numbers of devotees throng the temple during this period to seek blessings and remove obstacles from their lives.
