Sree Venugopala Krishna Swami Temple

The construction of the temple began in 1897 and was completed in 1900. The presiding deity of the temple is Venugopala Krishna, a form of Lord Krishna playing the flute, and is worshiped by the GSB community. The temple is known for its beautiful architecture and intricate carvings, and is considered to be a significant cultural and historical landmark in the area.

The temple celebrates several festivals throughout the year, including Krishna Jayanti, Navaratri, and Diwali. The temple also has a strong tradition of classical music and dance performances, with regular concerts and recitals being held in the temple premises. The temple also runs various social and cultural programs for the benefit of the local community.
