Nagampadam Sri Mahadevar Temple

Also known as Nagampadam Shiva temple, is located at Nagampadam in Kottayam district. The temple is of great significance in the history of Kerala as Sri Narayana Guru gave permission for Sivagiri Theerthadanam (Sivagiri Pilgrimage) when he was visiting the temple. The Shivling worshiped in the temple was consecrated by a disciple of Sri Narayana Guru, Bodanadha Swami.

The temple is located close to the Meenachil River. The temple is currently run by SNDP Yogam. The temple is famous for Sivagiri Theerthadanam and Pithru Tharppana.
